2022 Fall Product Release: WorkRamp Content, Academies Email Customizations, and More

Today, we’re excited to announce WorkRamp Content, the most comprehensive prebuilt content catalog that includes courses spanning across industries, role-based skills, and regulatory requirements—and selection curated specifically to each customer’s needs.

Introducing WorkRamp Content

With thousands of courses from over 250 top providers like EasyLlama, Sandler Training, Skillsoft, and Mind Tools, WorkRamp Content allows customers to work with its in-house content experts to curate a customized content library to meet business needs. 

With WorkRamp Content, customers can now draw on all levels of instructional design capability and better align their learning content strategy with an overall learning strategy. WorkRamp provides course authoring tools out of the box for building content just the way the business wants it, customizable course templates to set teams up with solid starting points, and now prebuilt, proven content that can be rapidly deployed for immediate business impact.

New features for Employee LMS

Advanced filtering in Dynamic Groups

We’ve added more advanced filtering options for Dynamic Groups (2021 Winter Release) to include full filtering ability on all user attributes, and any custom attributes created at the account level. You can also leverage Filter Rules and Filter Groups to allow for more flexibility when creating filters, including the ability to nest multiple times and mix and match “And” and “Or” operators. 

Reporting enhancements for SCORM and Libraries 

With recent reporting enhancements, customers can now better understand content viewership and usage in our Libraries feature. We’ve also added the ability to pull interactions data for any SCORM standalone content.

New features for Customer LMS

Email Customizations and Reminders

We’ve launched a dedicated “Email Settings” hub to help manage email settings and user communications in a single spot.  

You’ll also find a set of new email features that allow Admins to:

1. Customize email content for folks who want more branding and copy control
2. Leverage canned email templates for those on-the-go
3. Drive user engagement through programmatic reminder emails for invitations and assigned courses

Platform enhancements

Additional API endpoints for Challenges and SCORM

We’ve added two new API endpoints for Challenges and SCORM assignments to allow admins to leverage in-app data and export to BI, analytics, or other integration tools to create a more robust learning ecosystem.
