However, as a fast-growing organization, Gigaclear needed to adjust its onboarding and ongoing training strategies to get engineers field-ready more quickly. This necessitated an LMS for building out structured learning and tracking learner progress so the team could prepare engineers for field work as soon as possible and get a more holistic view of every engineer’s qualifications to allocate resources and capacity-plan more effectively.
