Excellence in Learning: WorkRamp Announces Its Winners for the 2024 LEARNIES Awards

We’re thrilled to announce the winners of our second-annual WorkRamp LEARNIES Awards, dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the best and most impactful learning programs powered by WorkRamp.

These organizations have gone above and beyond to drive growth through learning in 2024:

Employee Learning

The Learnovation Award 

Recognizes the employee learning program with the most creative holistic design to drive ongoing learner engagement and knowledge retention. 

Winner: PartnerHero

This year, through their STEP (Succeed, Transform, Elevate, Prepare) development program for high-performing employees, the PartnerHero team enrolled 153 qualified employees and promoted four employees to Team Lead in just seven months of launch.

The Out-of-this-World Award

Spotlights the employee learning program with the most creative launch strategy and most impactful execution.

Winner: Thrive Digital

Launching ThriveCamp to onboard their performance marketing new hires, Thrive Digital has seen this four-week technical program drive improved new hire retention and satisfaction through a combination of diverse learning modalities in WorkRamp, community collaboration, thematic sequencing, and interactive learning elements.

The Impact Award

Highlights the GTM enablement program that has driven the most rep engagement and business impact through learning.

Winner: Sprout Social

The Sprout enablement team supports over 600 sales and CS team members to achieve success in their roles. They’ve achieved ninety percent completion rate on all trainings, and the program buy-in has enabled the sales team to bring in higher quality deals and empowered the CS team to retain more customers.

The Changemaker Award

Highlights the L&D program that has driven the most learner engagement and impacted business results through learning. 

Winner: Home Partners of America

The Home Partners of America team rolled out an upskilling and career transition program that has empowered 950 employees to complete 5600+ courses in just 4.5 months, with 80 employees receiving promotions and 36 employees successfully transitioning to new roles.

Customer Learning

The Astronaut Award

Recognizes the most creative customer or partner academy launch strategy and most impactful execution.

Winner: Subsplash

With the launch of Subsplash Academy, client onboarding has catapulted to new heights. Accessible, engaging on-demand customer education has enabled the Subsplash team to cut their onboarding time for ‘Standard Package’ customers by sixty percent

The Oscar

Spotlights the customer or partner academy that has driven the most learner engagement, member retention, and business results through learning .

Winner: Algolia

Algolia Academy has seen an amazing boost of impact in 2024. This year, they saw 42,000 course enrollments with a forty percent increase in completions. Having this on-demand education for product mastery available through their academy has also helped boost win rates by thirty percent and customer retention rates by six percent.
