Seamless and secure learning experiences should be accessible for everyone, which is why we’ve deepened our integration for Microsoft 365 users.

Not only can learners easily connect to WorkRamp via Single Sign-on, but once they’re logged in, it’s now easier than ever for them to stay on top of training events and assignments. The integration enables Admins to seamlessly manage calendar events through Outlook, provide easy access to instructor-led trainings via Teams Meetings, and drive program engagement with Teams Chat assignment reminders. 

Report Builder Updates

Data helps drive the ongoing improvement of your trainings, and our latest Employee Learning Cloud reporting updates are designed to provide Admins with more data access and control for deeper program analyses.  

You can now leverage pre-built Report Templates to quickly generate views of common data sets like Learner performance, overdue assignments, and more. Additionally, we’ve added improved data views through our ‘Trainings’ report type–which shows all data across all content types in a single report–and our ‘Group Rows’ functionality, which aggregates data by Manager Name, Content Title, or Status.

Offering certifications for customers and partners not only helps position you as an industry thought leader, but it also serves as a great channel for program socialization and marketing when learners earn and share them as professional development achievements. 

In this release, we’ve added even more customization options to help you do that. With more flexibility around imagery, text color selection, and description displays, you’ll be able to put your best foot forward with eye-catching, on-brand certificates for your customers to show off. 

Report Builder Updates & eCommerce CSV Export

With more data visibility comes more opportunities to improve your learning programs, which is why we’re excited to release updates to our Report Builder that now include additional reporting on Paths and Certifications results, with additional certification-specific filters and columns. Additionally, we now offer CSV export functionality for Refund and Purchase data, so you can do deeper dives into your numbers if you run an eCommerce-enabled academy.
