WorkRamp Welcomes Jack Altman, CEO & Co-Founder of Lattice, to Board of Directors

WorkRamp is thrilled to welcome Jack Altman, CEO and Co-Founder of Lattice, to its board of directors. Lattice is the leading people success platform which works with People teams worldwide to turn employees into high performers, managers into leaders, and companies into the best places to work. Both WorkRamp and Lattice align on a common goal: helping organizations thrive by putting people first.

When your people succeed, your business succeeds

Jack Altman believes in focusing on people’s success to drive business success, and that employees are the heart and soul that drives every organization forward. This philosophy aligns with WorkRamp’s mission to help teams deliver the best learning opportunities for their people, because when people are properly enabled, they become unstoppable in their roles, and businesses are set up to thrive.

“My experience with Lattice has made me viscerally aware of the challenges organizations are facing with learning and development, and I believe WorkRamp is the best-positioned company to lead this category. I’m excited to share as much as I can with the WorkRamp leadership team and help them elevate the employee experience for companies of all types,” says Jack.

Taking it to the next level

Coming off of our recent $40M Series C funding announcement led by Salesforce Ventures, Slack Fund, and Susa Ventures, WorkRamp is well-positioned for the next phase of growth. We’re investing in continued product innovation, ramping customer success programs, expanding the team across departments, and building community.

“Our vision is to change the corporate learning category by putting people first and helping teams tie learning to concrete and measurable business impact,” says Ted Blosser, WorkRamp Co-Founder, and CEO. “Jack’s deep expertise of the challenges that HR teams and organizations face today, paired with his success in scaling startups, will be invaluable.”

Jack will be the second independent board member to join WorkRamp, sitting alongside Annie Pearl, Chief Product Officer of Calendly.

Jack shared some insights with WorkRamp as we gear up for the next phase of our journey. We asked him, “As a new board member, what is the top piece of advice you would give the WorkRamp team to even better serve our customers?”

“My number one piece of advice is to remember that you’re still at the beginning; even though you’ve come a long way, you haven’t scratched the surface yet in terms of what’s possible in this category. Keep investing aggressively in your product and being willing to test and learn new things, push boundaries, and fail. As long as you listen closely to customers this will work out.”
