Refreshing WorkRamp’s Help Center, Academy, and Community to Elevate Customer Success

At WorkRamp, customer focus is the driving force behind everything we do. That’s why we’re excited to share some updates we’ve made to three key customer resources–our Help Center, the WorkRamp Product Academy, and our WorkRamp Community–to enhance the user experience. 

Here’s what’s changing:  

A More Accessible Help Center  

We’ve officially made the WorkRamp Help Center public! This means articles are now accessible anytime, no login required, and searchable via Google. 

Along with more open access, we’ve also rewritten articles and reorganized folders, making it easier than ever for you to get the help you need from these resources. 

Streamlined Academy Experience 

To provide the most impactful learning experience, we’ve condensed our WorkRamp Academy courses down to the core essentials across two certifications, one for the Employee Learning Cloud and one for the Customer Learning Cloud. 

We’ve also added an Office Hours tab for a more streamlined registration experience. 

A More Engaging Customer Community  

You asked, we listened–we’re moving our customer community back to Slack! If you’ve been around for a while, you may remember our VIP Slack forum (now called WorkRamp Connect). 

We’re bringing the community back to this space and opening it up to all WorkRamp users so we can meet folks where they are in their day-to-day and foster a more dynamic, real-time space for discussion, collaboration, and networking.
