If you’re on the hook for compliance audits, it’s now easier than ever to show proof of your sent reminder notifications to complete trainings. Run an Audit Logs report to validate Assignment notifications, Due date reminders, Overdue reminders, and Manual reminders sent via email, Slack, and/or Teams.
AI Course Creation
Have a presentation or document you want translated into a training? Use the AI Course Creation tool within our AI Assist to upload your file and instantly generate a draft Guide. This cuts hours off your course creation time and helps you refocus your efforts on more strategic work.
Global Type Settings
On-brand training materials make your program look official and ensure your learners they’ve arrived at the right place to grow their skills. That’s why we’ve made it easier to set and apply your brand’s font, colors, and text styles across all Guides and Resources within our new Global Type Settings.

Report Builder Updates: Summary metrics & Contact reports
Easy access to actionable metrics helps you steer your programs in the right direction, which is why you can now reference aggregated stats at the top of your reports. Additionally, you can now see training stats at the Contact level with our new Contact report type so you can better benchmark and track peer-to-peer activity.
