Integration Settings

Integrating WorkRamp with third-party applications enables users to get the most out of the Learning Cloud.

With the new Integrations page, Admins can easily manage the settings for all their connected applications and access help in one place.

This includes a major functional update to our Zapier integration, enabling Admins to discover, edit, create, and manage all their Zaps without leaving WorkRamp, for a more seamless user experience. 

Version History

Iterating on content is paramount to delivering the highest quality, most engaging training, but this can be challenging to manage effectively, especially on teams with multiple content creators and collaborators. 

Version History gives users better control over content creation in two big ways. First, Draft & Publish states ensure Admins and Editors have the ability to work in a draft version before pushing changes live to learners. Second, Version History provides Admins with a log of every user who has edited and published a Guide.

Certifications

Offering certifications for customers and partners can be a huge differentiator for an organization. Not only do official certifications help position you as an industry thought leader, but they also serve as great tools for program socialization and marketing when learners earn and share them as professional development achievements. 

In this release, we’ve delivered improved customization options for our Customer Learning Cloud Certifications, including expiration settings, recertification criteria, and certificate design to continue supporting Admins in building five-star certification programs.
