Gone are the days of pitch training with stale scripts, old recordings, and time consuming one-on-one manager role-plays. Now you can make real-life, AI-driven simulations accessible directly within WorkRamp training guides, empowering reps to build call confidence and mastery without putting pipeline at risk. That's why we've introduced the Image Carousel so Admins can not only set brand imagery and colors on the homepage, but also upload banner images to communicate updates and announcements to learners.

Custom Email Notifications

On-brand communications are a key part of a cohesive learner experience.

In our latest efforts to expand customizations in WorkRamp, we now offer additional settings for theming in which Admins can add their company logo, brand colors, and custom message copy to email notification templates in order to stay true to their brand look and feel.

CMS Verification

Sales enablement content can go stale quickly, and the last thing you want is for any of your team to be referencing outdated content.

With our new CMS asset verification workflow, Admins can set review deadlines, designate content reviewers, and trigger reminder emails to ensure all assets housed in their WorkRamp CMS get updated on the appropriate regular cadence.

API Key Management

API key management has now been moved under Integration Settings for enhanced security and to give Admins better control over API keys across their organization.

Data visibility is key for learning program success, so we've made it more seamless to share out analytics reports.

Gone are the days of manually downloading your reports to email out to relevant parties. Within our Report Builder, Admins can now schedule automated deliveries of reports straight to their inboxes and any additional recipients of their choosing.
