That’s why we’re excited to announce the latest enhancement to WorkRamp AI: AI Reviewers. AI Reviewers enhances WorkRamp’s Challenges feature—a critical part of a sales team’s certification workflow. 

How It Works 

Previously, each pitch in a Challenge required manual review by one or more managers. While this approach provided hands-on coaching, it was difficult to scale when reviewing dozens or even hundreds of pitches. 

Now with AI Reviewers, program managers can enable WorkRamp AI to automatically review pitches while still maintaining a high bar for quality and excellence. Even better, human and AI review can work in tandem for a hybrid review process. 

This can be set up in just a few simple steps: 

1. Start by creating a new Challenge or editing an existing one. 

2. Add your custom scoring rubric with specific grading criteria. This is what WorkRamp AI will use to assess learner submissions. 

3. Select your modes for grading in the Reviewer section of Advanced Settings.

   • Go human only with Managers as default Reviewers.   

   • For a hybrid grading approach, Allow Reviewer to use AI auto-grade and receive AI-assisted suggestions. 

   • Use AI as default Reviewer for fully automated grading. 

The benefits?
