Today we’re excited to announce our newest feature, Personalized Learning, designed to help you deliver the tailored training experiences your learners need to succeed. This is the first milestone in our broader vision to build out more AI-driven learner experiences that ultimately adapt to each learner’s needs, preferences, and goals.

How It Works 

With Personalized Learning, Admins can now take learning styles into account and enable modality options on any Guide, giving learners a way to choose how they want to consume the content. 

If learner personalization options are enabled, learners will see a ‘Personalize’ button on the Guide. In just one click, they’ll be able to personalize their learning into additional formats like: 

• AI-generated podcast mode: For those who enjoy learning in the episodic, conversational style of a podcast 

• AI-powered read-aloud mode: For auditory learners who’d like a word-for-word, text-to-voice narration of your source material 

• Reader mode: For those who retain information best in a more traditional, visual format  

Additionally, AI Translations will now be available under the personalization option as well, so learners can take your Guides in the language of their choice. 

As we continue to gather customer feedback, we’re excited to keep improving how learners interact with AI-tailored training experiences, so stay on the lookout for additional Personalized Learning options in the future!
