Introducing Smarter, Enterprise-Ready Admin Tools for Stronger Academy Engagement
WorkRamp introduces four enterprise-ready features to the Customer Learning Cloud.

Today we’re excited to announce a set of four powerful, enterprise-grade updates to the Customer Learning Cloud–Workflow Automations, Recommended Content, Announcement Banner, and ’Team Lead’ contact.
These new features are designed to make admins better equipped to engage learners at scale and deliver higher-impact learning experiences as a result.
Let’s dive into what’s new:
1. Workflow Automations
Manual admin tasks like managing learner enrollment and segmentation can be a blocker to scaling learner engagement.
With Automations, admins can now streamline enrollment and segmentation with rules-based workflows, including:
Auto-enrolling learners into specific paths based on role or segment
Triggering notifications for inactivity
Automating learner segmentation for tailored content delivery
These automations free up admin time while ensuring learners stay engaged and on track with the content that’s best suited for them.
2. Recommended Content
High-value, relevant training is always a great hook for getting learners engaged in your Academy, and now there’s an easy way to keep these types of trainings top of mind with Recommended Content.
This new feature enables admins to customize and spotlight a single row carousel of curated trainings on the Content Overview page.
3. Announcement Bar
Keeping learners up to date on the latest and greatest in your Academy is a small gesture that can have a big impact, which is why we’ve created the Announcement Bar as a channel for communication.
Admins can now add a banner at the top of their Academy to highlight important announcements. The banner is fully customizable with colors, text, CTAs, and hyperlinks so you can stay on-brand while keeping learners engaged and informed on:
Product launches and feature updates
Urgent notices or Academy-wide announcements
Upcoming events
and more!
4. ‘Team Lead’ Contact
Driving learner engagement starts with internal buy-in and clear program ownership. That’s why we’ve created the option for program administrators to designate a ‘Team Lead’ contact who has permissions to enroll team members into trainings and access reporting on learner progress.
With training ownership in the hands of your customers’ main contacts or admins, they can be more empowered to drive their own learning program adoption and ensure their learners are completing the content they need to be successful.
