WorkRamp launches HubSpot integration for the Customer Learning Cloud

That’s why we’re excited to announce our new integration with HubSpot, designed to give you a seamless way to track and act on training data directly within your CRM.
How it works
Connecting WorkRamp’s Customer Learning Cloud to your HubSpot instance will enable customer education program administrators to:
Sync training data to HubSpot Contacts: WorkRamp enrollment and completion records are automatically synced to the Contact object in HubSpot. If a matching contact exists (via email), it’s updated with the latest training info. If not, a new contact record is created for you.
Capture custom registration fields: Custom fields collected during training registration are synced to HubSpot so you always have the full learner context alongside your CRM data.
Track multiple learning formats: Data from Guides, SCORM, Resources, Paths, Certifications, and Events (live or on-demand) will flow directly into HubSpot, giving you a holistic view of every learner’s journey.
