Saving time on course creation with AI Assist’s File-to-Guide functionality? This quarter’s addition of Advanced settings and image support takes AI-generated drafts to the next level, as you can now adjust for the level of detail in the Guide, incorporate knowledge checks and interactive elements, and pull in images from your source material.
Customer Learning Cloud
Admin UI/UX Updates
A new and improved admin experience is here to make it easier to find and access the tools you need in the Customer Learning Cloud. We’ve brought the Content tab back by popular demand, separated out task areas, and updated all Settings and Module pages for a more consistent experience across all content types.
‘Login As’ Contact
Preview what your learners see to nail your academy experience. Admins can now use the new ‘Login As’ function to explore their academy as a user would and troubleshoot any issues before going live.

Our Glean integration brings AI-powered search to the learner experience by surfacing all relevant WorkRamp content in a centralized place.
