Advanced Admin Search

Need to find content quickly? Advanced Admin Search now lets you search across all text-based content in your trainings.  

Asset Manager

Scale your content management with Asset Manager. You can now upload a repository of assets for use in Attach File, Upload Video, Audio or Image content objects across different Guides and Resources.

Google Meet Integration

Integrate Google Meet for more seamless Event creation. You can now automatically generate Google meeting links for Events hosted in WorkRamp, making it easy to set up an Event series and track attendance.

Multi-file Support for AI Guide Creation

Tapping into AI Guide Creation to support your content efforts? Now you can upload up to five files as source material to get your drafts going.

AI Personalized Learning Enhancements

If you're offering Personalized Learning options to your learners so they can take trainings in the modalities that work best for them, we've enhanced Podcast and Narration modes to give learners options for listening in their preferred language.

Workflow Automations

Say goodbye to manual customer segmentation and enrollment! With Workflow Automations, you can now use rules-based workflows to auto-enroll customers into relevant trainings, trigger inactivity notifications, and automate segmentation for tailored content delivery.

HubSpot Integration

Set up our Hubspot integration so you can track and act on customer training data in your CRM. Sync enrollment and completion records, capture custom registration fields, and track data from Guides, SCORM, Resources, Paths, Certifications, and Events.

'Team Lead' Contacts

Empower select contacts in your Academy to help drive learning program adoption. Now you can designate 'Team Lead' Contacts who can manage the enrollment and progress of other contacts without full Admin rights.

Recommended Content

Keep high-value, relevant training top of mind for learners. You can now curate and feature a carousel of Recommended Content on your Content Overview page. 

Announcement Bar

Keeping customers up to date on the latest and greatest in your Academy is a small gesture that can have a big impact. Now you can add a fully customizable Announcement Bar at the top of your Academy to highlight important announcements.

Global AI Settings

Leaning into AI in WorkRamp? Translation and AI settings can now be centrally managed at the global level across your entire WorkRamp platform.

AI Model Selection

You can now select which LLM (Large Language Model) you wish to use for Guide Creation and AI Assist Text Creation purposes.
